Most of our scholarships for international undergraduates are given automatically during the admissions review. The main ones are the University of Toronto Scholars Program and the President’s Scholars of Excellence Program. You don’t need to apply separately for these; they’re based on merit. The University of Toronto is publicly funded, so it can’t offer financial aid to international students.
