Responsibilities:
– Provide students with recommendations and one-on-one consulting to help them find the best study abroad options that meet their goals.
– Help in preparing university applications, scholarship opportunities, and the visa process so they sail through the long journey with a smile on their faces.
– Organise workshops and webinars to educate and empower students and their families about the study abroad process.
– Stay in touch with students regularly to keep them on track and motivated.
– Work toward meeting enrolment goals and contributing to the success of the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
– A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
– Experience in student recruitment, ideally in higher education.
– Excellent communication and people skills—you’ll be working closely with students and their families.
– A strong understanding of the Indian education system and international study trends.
– At least 3 years of experience in overseas recruitment or education consultancy.
Responsibilities:
– Develop new ways of marketing and collaboration to serve more students.
– Connect deeply with schools & colleges, other educational institutions, and long-term relationships.
– Develop a network in the education sector to expand Merrakii’s presence.
– Identify and build partnerships with educational institutions to host seminars, workshops, and events that inspire students to study abroad.
– Plan and execute events with seamless coordination, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Qualifications and Skills:
– A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
– Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills—you’ll be the face of Merrakii to our partners.
– The ability to analyse data and feedback to refine strategies and achieve goals.
– A strong understanding of educational systems and cultural nuances related to studying abroad.
– At least 2 years of experience in business development or education consulting.
