- Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure students stay on track.
- Meet individual enrolment and revenue targets with a results-driven approach.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in student recruitment, ideally within the higher education sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Indian education landscape and international student recruitment trends.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the overseas recruitment environment.
